I wear an 8-10 and always buy size Small in Eileen Fisher, but I did buy size M on this top because they were out of S. It fits just fine. These turtleneck tops and tunics are fabulous. The fabric is soft and feels great on the skin, the fit is not compression, it hangs nicely on the body without having to tug and pull and reposition the top thru the day. The fabric is not thin — you can wear it alone or layer it to your liking. I bought 1 top and 3 tunics. (Tunics hit mid hip and flair slightly) They are not cheap, but they are worth every penny!
