Our Return Policy
You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- A proof of purchase must be provided
Note on Final Sale Items: Certain sustainable fashion pieces marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged. This typically includes select seasonal clearance items and specially discounted products.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your item:
- Contact our customer care team within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your request. Please use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Wait for approval – Our thoughtful customer service team will review your request and send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions within 2 business days.
- Package your return – Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
- Ship your return – Send the package to the address provided using a trackable shipping method. We recommend keeping your shipping receipt until your return is processed.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective item). For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping fees are non-refundable (except in cases of our error)
