Shipping Information
Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods
We offer two shipping options to accommodate your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95) via DHL or FedEx: 10-15 business days delivery after shipment
- Free Shipping on orders over $50 via EMS: 15-25 business days delivery after shipment
International Customers: We ship worldwide (excluding certain Asian and remote regions). Please note that customs fees and import duties are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns & Exchanges
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
Important Exception: Sustainable fashion pieces marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes select seasonal clearance items and specially discounted products from our collections (Boots, Clogs, Clothing, Coats & Outerwear, Dresses, etc.).
How to Return or Exchange
Follow these steps for a smooth returns process:
- Contact us within 15 days at [email protected] using our return request template below
- Wait for approval – Our customer care team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions
- Package your return securely in the original packaging with all tags
- Ship your return to our address using a trackable method (keep your receipt)
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). For exchanges, we cover the cost of shipping your replacement.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping fees are non-refundable (except in cases of our error)
- You’ll receive email confirmation when your refund is complete
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- We ship your replacement within 1-2 business days after receiving your return
- You’ll receive tracking information for your new item
- If your desired item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund instead
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged item, email [email protected] immediately with photos. We’ll arrange a free return and replacement or refund.

International Returns
For our global customers (excluding certain Asian and remote regions):
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility
- Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
- Mark packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
